I have worked as a Physician Assistant for over 25 years, predominantly in orthopedics. I have always had a strong interest in helping others and my career has allowed me to fulfill this desire. I am now embarking on a new journey and plan to carry over the same integrity and compassion for my patients.
When I am not working, I love spending time with my girlfriend, family and friends. I grew up on the east coast and try to get back to see family, as often as I can, and spend time at the beach. I enjoy target shooting, biking, hiking and working out.
Hello! As the Office Manager and Supervisor, I play a hands-on role in ensuring every client receives safe, effective, and evidence-based care. I have a degree in Master of Public Health from George Washington University, and I am a certified technician in InstaSculpting, localized Cryo therapy, and EMS. My public health background strongly influences how I approach body contouring, prioritizing safety, education, and treatments that support both aesthetic goals and overall functional health. I believe body contouring should be more than just physical results. My goal is to help clients feel confident, informed, and reconnected with their bodies through holistic, science-based, non-surgical alternatives tailored to individual needs. I am committed to creating a supportive experience where clients feel comfortable, empowered, and cared for from their first visit to their last.
Book your consultation today and take the next step toward feeling confident in your body again.
Hello! I have been providing care as an Occupational Therapist for over 10 years. Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of treating a myriad of populations, and within the last 5 years, ultimately found myself most passionate about providing pelvic health care.
As a pelvic health clinician, I take pride in helping individuals feel stronger, more confident, and supported in their bodies. Pelvic health can often feel stigmatizing and isolating. It is my hopes to provide care that puts people at ease, especially when addressing the most intimate aspects of our health.
Outside of patient care, I am a mother of two and an avid yogi. My children bring so much energy and joy to my life, and I balance the chaos with daily gratitude and yoga. I believe balance in life is just as important as balance in the body, and I bring that perspective into my work with every patient I meet.

In my free time, I love spending time with my son, Jameson, family and friends. I also enjoy traveling, shopping and appreciating all the little things life has to offer!

As we navigate life, we often let go of parts of ourselves to survive and fit in. These early defenses and survival techniques can hinder our wholeness as adults, leading to feelings of being “stuck.” I believe that we are naturally wired for healing, and in a safe environment, this healing capacity is activated as we listen to, feel, and process our core emotions. Emotions carry our stories, and when not properly processed, they can lodge themselves in our bodies and manifest in various unhealthy ways.
I use an experiential, trauma-informed, holistic approach that acknowledges the importance of the mind-body connection in well-being. My practice draws from various principles, including AEDP , Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Theory, Mindfulness, EMDR, and Narrative Therapy. My goal is to help you acquaint yourself with your emotions without being overwhelmed by them. I hope you feel safe, seen, known, and worthy. My joy is to witness you reintegrate previously disconnected parts of yourself into your present, true self. It would be my honor to be your guide and witness on your journey of self-discovery and healing.
